The MS Preview Extension Ride
Now we look like a real team as we ride throughout the Orange County area with our new 24 Hour Fitness cycling jerseys! Our team-members include Andy Inkeles, Roland Hoffman, Vickie Morgan, Randy Williams, Steve Crocker, Perry Anthony, Larry Locken, Chris Hillock, and Danny Gandasetiawan. Enjoy!

The Dana Point Coastal Tour
The weather was perfect for cycling. An awesome ride was enjoyed by all as we rode to the offical 1st reststop of the MS-150 Bay to Bay Bike Tour, at Salt Creek Beach Park in Dana Point! Our team-members include Andy Inkeles, Perry Anthony, Chris Hillock, Larry Locken, Steven Wells, Stephen Crocker, Vickie Morgan and Roland Hoffman. Enjoy the photos, Team!

The Laguna Beach Preview Tour
It may have been hot inland, but it was a beautiful and enjoyable ride along the Pacific Coast! The on-shore breeze kept the air pleasant for this 45 mile "Main" ride. Our team-members include Perry Anthony, Susan McMackin, Chris Hillock, Steven Wells, and Roland Hoffman. Enjoy the photos, Team!

The MS-150 Preview Ride
This weeks training was known as"Operation Overload" as we previewed the first 15 miles of the 2006 MS-150 Route! A great time was had by all which included Larry Locken, Perry Anthony, Chris Hillock, Stephen Crocker, and Roland Hoffman. Enjoy the photos, Team!

A 126 Mile training ride in the Minnesota Wilderness!
Can you belive this? A road ride in which 12 of the 126 miles were on "ROADS"! The state of Minnesota is blessed with hundreds of miles of paved trails (thanks to the rails to trails conversions). The ride took Roland from the Township of Turtle Lake (Leech Lake area), and rode the Paul Bunyon Trail for 15 miles until it meets with the Heartland Trail. Then he headed West to the trails end in the City of Park Rapids. Then he headed East to the Northeast trails end at the town of Cass Lake (101 mile mark), then headed back through the town of Walker, back to Northland Lodge, right on the shores of Leech Lake!. Time start: 5:30am. Time Finished: 2:30pm. Enjoy the pictures, Team!

The Back Bay Extended Ride
A beautiful day was enjoyed by our team! Our team-members from San Diego came out and enjoyed a great day along the coast, to Newport Coast Dr., and along the famed Newport's Back Bay. Enjoy the pic's team!

The Huntington Beach - Seal Beach Ride
A fantastic day of riding was had by all as the team rode "The Tour of Two Beaches"! From Huntington Beach, passing through Seal Beach, and heading North into Long Beach before heading back to Pacific Coast Highway with a tailwind (???) on our sides! Enjoy the pic's team!
