In order for you to enjoy the MS-150 Bay to Bay Bike Tour at it's fullest, it will require for you to receive some structured training before the event. Not only conditioning your cardiovascular system plays an important role in preparing you for a multi-day endurance event, more importantly is increasing your "saddle time" (aka riding longer over the weeks) so your glutes & seat bones will be acclimated to that skinny little bike seat during the weeks of training so you'll be able to have an enjoyable ride this fall.

We will be posting a training ride schedule as more teams are formed and beginning to establish a training program as well as a meeting date, time, and place. Keep watching this page for the latest breaking information regarding team training schedules.
All cyclists registered in the MS Bike series are invited to ride with us. Be sure to meet with the team captain as you will be required to sign a waiver of release of liability form prior to riding with us.
Training Plans
Here's some sample training programs to use as a reference. The 10 week training plans contain a suggested structured training schedule. Use the top if your time is limited and you just want to SURVIVE the Tour. Use the bottom schedule if you plan to ride the Century Challenge and want to THRIVE the Tour. You may use them as scheduled, or simply modify them to enhance your established training program.
